3. Support self (dedicated) charging pile sharing operation. The self-use (dedicated) charging piles that are included in the operation and management of the platform enterprises in the catalogue can enjoy operating subsidies for the shared electricity used to provide public services to the outside world. The subsidized electricity is subject to the municipal platform order data, and the subsidy standard is implemented in accordance with the dedicated charging facilities.

4. Support the construction of charging pile demonstration communities. The construction of the charging demonstration community will last for 3 years (2020-2022), and the goal is to build 10 demonstration communities every year in the city.

The second is to support the charging of electric taxis. The specific measures are as follows:

1. Support to solve the problem of charging taxis at night. For taxi drivers who have charging facilities installed in their residences, the catalog platform companies can build AC charging facilities in a time-sharing mode, and settlements with grid companies are based on residential electricity prices. For taxi drivers who do not have the installation of charging facilities, operators of public parking lots (garages) are encouraged to give preferential treatment to overnight parking fees for taxis.

The construction of the charging demonstration station will last for 3 years (2020-2022), with reference to the municipal infrastructure for planning and construction, and the goal is to build 15 demonstration stations every year in the city. Provide comprehensive policy support to demonstration stations.

3. Support taxis to use social charging network to charge. Among them, the subsidy standard for 2020 is tentatively set at 0.4 yuan/kWh.

4. Provide convenience for taxi to train station and airport. Railway stations and airports should build at least one taxi charging demonstration station to support electric taxis entering the market, and implement a separate waiting line policy for electric taxis and traditional taxis.
