The first type of pit: found, not usable

Where is the root of the problem?
Most charging stations on the market are only equipped with electric vehicle chargers. There is no intelligent scheduling, no fault warning, no dynamic pricing, and no user service. The equipment was broken and no one repaired it, the peak was blocked into Congee, and the valley was unused. The operation efficiency was terrible.
